Downeast Fishing Family Virtual Forum
October 29 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Free
Real conversations. Practical information.
A chance to help shape our spring gathering.
Join us for the Downeast Fishing Family Virtual Forum, an online gathering for fishermen, families, crew, seafood workers, community partners, and others connected to Downeast Maine’s fishing industry.
This won’t be another sit-and-listen webinar.
Brief presentations and small-group conversations will focus on:
- Don’t take the bait! Managing stress.
- No claws for alarm! Staying safe in the upcoming fishing seasons.
- Don’t flounder around. Get involved! Engaging in fisheries management.
Bring your questions, experiences, and ideas. Your input will help shape our in-person spring gathering.
And there’s a chance to reel in a prize!
We’ll be raffling off a fishing-friendly personal flotation device (PFD) with a personal locator beacon (PLB) as our grand prize, plus other prizes.
Don’t flounder around; come join us just for the halibut!
