Learn the art of oyster shucking and discover the fascinating world of oyster farming!
Each participant will receive a dozen fresh oysters, an oyster knife, condiments, and gloves and will learn how to shuck fresh oysters from Kyle Pepperman of Three Islands Oysters and Downeast Institute.
No experience necessary. All materials will be provided. Cost includes one dozen oysters, oyster knife, condiments and glove.
